The coach Weber changed the common line up. Jiří Havránek started in a goal, Žižka in defense, Budínský, Šiml as midfielders and Vladimír Bálek up front.
The start of the match was different than anyone from Bohemians wanted. It was just 6 minutes from the beginning when Černý pointed at the penalty spot and Meteor gained a penalty kick. Fíček hit the goal and Meteor was in lead.
Five minutes later, it was Jelínek who went one on one on the keeper but Havránek showed some skill and won the ball.
Kangaroos couldn’t create any bigger chance till the substitution in 25th minute. Budínský came off and Šumský was sent to the game. Vladimir Bálek appeared in two chances, but both were wide. Then it was Potočný who didn’t score and Bohemians came to the cloakrooms with the score 1:0 for the home team.
Bohemians started the second half with a second striker Jirouš and Bohemians got more from the game, but then the ice cold hit came from Jelínek. He scored right from the corner. 2:0 for Meteor.
Bohemians had a chance to answer immediately after the goal. The Meteor keeper Kohlbeck lost the ball, but Cseh missed the goal from a meter distance. Then Šumský crossed the ball twice, once to Bálek, second to Jirouš, both missed the goal.
It was 67th minute when referee pointed at the penalty spot again. This time penalty kick for Bohemians after the hand ball of Jurčík . Jindřišek scored and the score changed to 2:1 for the home team.
Next twenty minutes showed everything what is possible to miss. Jirouš missed a header from two meters, Šumský’s shot was amazingly caught by the keeper, also Rada and Bartek took a shot, but missed the target.
It was three minutes till time when Jelínek came to the penalty area of Bohemians dived and the referee pointed at the penalty spot, third time in this match. Boruta scored the penalty and set the final score to 3:1. Bohemians are out of this year’s cup.
